  • Deeper Beauty is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or individual outcomes. Always patch test before full use.
  • Our content (including blog posts and skin analysis) is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a licensed professional for medical concerns.

Orders, Delivery & Returns

  • Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within 1–2 business days. Delays due to courier issues, customs, or force majeure events may occur, which Deeper Beauty cannot be held liable for.
  • We currently ship across all Emirates in the UAE.

Complaints & Product Issues

  • If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.
  • We reserve the right to replace or refund products at our discretion based on our review.
  • We do not refund or replace products due to dissatisfaction with results. See our return policy for more details.

Pricing & Promotions

  • All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing, discontinue products, or alter promotional offers at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including product names, branding, images, text, and AI tools—is owned by Deeper Beauty or used under license. Unauthorized use, copying, or resale is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Deeper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before seeking legal remedy.
