Refund policy

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened products.

To request a return, contact care@deeperbeauty.me with your order number,  reason and photographic evidence of the damaged product. Allow for 24-48 hours for Deeper Beauty to verify your claim with our delivery partners.
