Welcome to Deeper. By using our website and purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Deeper Beauty FZ LLE is a company registered in the UAE under the license number 19484/2025. 

1. Eligibility

To purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission before purchasing.

3. Products & Results Disclaimer

• Our skincare products are formulated with dermatological guidance and tested for safety, but results may vary depending on your skin type, environment, and usage.
• Deeper is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or individual outcomes. Always patch test before full use.
• Our content (including blog posts and skin analysis) is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a licensed professional for medical concerns.

   

4. Skin Analysis Tool & AI Usage

• Our AI-based skin analysis tool uses images and answers you provide to suggest relevant Deeper products. This tool is not a medical device and cannot diagnose skin conditions.
• The tool’s recommendations are generated based on training data, machine learning models, and user input, and are provided for educational and product discovery purposes only.
• By using the tool, you consent to us processing your data (including facial images, if applicable) solely for analysis and personalization under our Privacy Policy.

5. Orders, Delivery & Returns

• Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within 1–2 business days. Delays due to courier issues, customs, or force majeure events may occur, which Deeper cannot be held liable for.
• We currently ship within Dubai.
• You may request a return within 5 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened skincare.
• To request a return, contact care@deeperbeauty.me with your order number and reason. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty.

   

6. Complaints & Product Issues

• If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We reserve the right to replace or refund products at our discretion based on our review.
• We do not refund or replace products due to dissatisfaction with results unless the product is faulty.

   

7. Pricing & Promotions

• All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, discontinue products, or alter promotional offers at any time.

   

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including product names, branding, images, text, and AI tools—is owned by Deeper or used under license. Unauthorized use, copying, or resale is prohibited.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UAE Data Protection Law and applicable international standards (such as GDPR).
• Data collected through our AI tools, email signups, and purchases is stored securely and used to personalize your experience, fulfill orders, and communicate updates.
• We do not sell your personal data. You can request to delete your data by contacting care@deeperbeauty.me with the subject line “Request for data deletion”.

   

10. Limitation of Liability

Deeper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before seeking legal remedy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of revision.
